What is a pool inspection?
A Pool Inspection is an “On-site” Physical Inspection of the pool fence & pool gates (the pool barrier) to ensure compliance against a set of Australian Standards which all pool safety inspectors must use.
Only a Qld licenced pool safety inspector can provide a Form 23 – Pool Safety Certificate after undertaking a physical inspection
As Pool safety standards can be very complex, we make sure that our Approved Inspectors are sufficiently qualified to professionally inspect your pool fence.
You will have your Pool Safety Certificate within 24 hours (or sooner if urgent) after the pool passes inspection. If the pool does not pass the initial inspection, the pool safety inspector will provide you with a written report and must physically re-attend onsite within 3 months (photos of rectifications are strictly prohibited by law). For this a reattendance and report a fee is payable direct to the inspector which is detailed in the term and conditions. Our inspectors want your pool to pass its initial inspection.
